Every formula is drawn from classical Ayurvedic texts and the discipline of practitioners — traditions carried forward, intact.
A dedicated Ayurvedic treatment centre in Kathmandu — authentic Panchakarma, gentle therapies and personalised care that treats the cause, not only the symptom.

We are a small contemporary house carrying classical formulations into modern lives — without dulling either edge. Plant-first, precisely dosed, and made slowly in two-kilo batches.
Six simple ideas guide everything we make — from the plants we choose to the way we write a label. They're why our remedies feel the way they do.
Every formula is drawn from classical Ayurvedic texts and the discipline of practitioners — traditions carried forward, intact.
Care built around your constitution — every plan is shaped to the person, not the illness alone.
Unhurried care and honest guidance — we give you the time and the room a remedy deserves.
Plants come first. Our remedies are grown and gathered, never engineered in a lab.
We care for the well as much as the unwell — preserving good health, not only treating disease.
We treat body, mind and spirit together — restoring balance rather than chasing symptoms.
The name belongs to Sharangadhara, the 13th-century physician whose Samhita still teaches makers how to weigh, decoct and dispense. We are a small contemporary house standing on that long shelf.
Our work brings together three things: careful accuracy, a quiet hand-made warmth, and the calm of medicine that grew in gardens.
An honest morning ritual, drawn from the Samhita and steeped twice each day.
— The Sarangadhar promiseA daily spoon of forty herbs. 500 g.
Tonics, churnas and daily rituals — each made from plants you can name, at doses you can read. Traditionally used, plainly described.
Every remedy is part of a small daily practice. We treat the work the same way you should treat the morning — with care, with pace, with room.
We listen first. A practitioner reads your constitution, your season and your day — then writes a plan in plain words you can keep.
We weigh, decoct and dispense by the Samhita — hand-mixed in two-kilo batches, each dated and numbered before it leaves the bench.
You take it slowly, twice a day. We check in by the season, and adjust the practice as your body and life change.

“You can tell it is made by hand. Dated, numbered, and explained without a single tall claim. A quiet kind of trust.”
“I came for sleep and stayed for the ritual. The consultation felt like a conversation, not a sale.”
